These Terms of Service govern your use of the Brono online store and your purchase of products from us.

By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy.

STORE USE

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

You may not use the store for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, or attempt to interfere with the store’s security or operation.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, colors, materials, images, and prices accurately.

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and the device used to view the store.

All products, sizes, and colors are subject to availability.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee final acceptance.

Brono may contact you to confirm the order, delivery address, product selection, or customer information before dispatch.

Brono reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when:

- The selected item is unavailable.
- Customer or delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.
- A pricing, inventory, or technical error has occurred.
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is reasonably suspected.
- The customer repeatedly refuses confirmed orders without a reasonable explanation.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise.

Applicable shipping fees are displayed during checkout.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, availability, duration, and usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order.

Brono may refuse or cancel a discount where the customer does not meet the offer’s eligibility requirements or where misuse is reasonably suspected.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times, shipping fees, delivery conditions, and cancellation rules are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Exchange Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Brono name, logo, product images, graphics, written content, designs, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to Brono.

They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for shipping, payments, analytics, advertising, customer communication, and order management.

These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Brono will not be responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent Egyptian authorities or courts, without limiting the customer’s mandatory consumer protection rights.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Brono may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version and its last-updated date will be published on the store.
